In 2021 we sold the last of the available lots at the Saddlebrooke Estates in the Carp Hills just west of Ottawa. There are no more units available.
Saddlebrooke’s massive engraved monuments at the Marchurst Road entrance announce a spacious 300 acre+ community of larger estate lots, covered with mature trees.
Saddlebrooke is a well established “designed community” of larger estate lots with many existing residences. The community is enhanced by architectural coordination of individual homes which incorporate the personality of home owners into their home and grounds.
Saddlebrooke’s main thoroughfare, John Aselford Driveway, is a curving street ending in a cul-de-sac. Residents enjoy the calmness and solitude of no through-traffic. A very private community of just 60 properties.
The Saddlebrooke community is unique in the region, surrounded by a 500+ acre wilderness park owned by the City, for use by residents as an environmental park, for hiking, skiing, etc. Only Saddlebrooke residents may enjoy this exceptional feature.
We’re very proud of the role we’ve played in developing a beautiful residential community in Ottawa’s West End.
